Sunrise beach session with Hayden

Its not every day I wake up at 6:15am to do a sunrise session. However we had no other time, so I had to make it work. I am a night owl, so 6:15am is torture to me haha, thank goodness for COFFEE. That got me through my day.

Little Hayden thought the same about a sunrise session as I did haha. This little man was so tired, bless his cotton socks (an old English saying). I had him on my hip running up and down the beach whilst his mom, Julia hid behind the sand dunes. Sometimes its better when kids cannot see their parents, as they forget what they was upset about and start to have fun. It worked!!! I may not have got smiles, however his little tears went away. So not only did I have a session this particular morning, I also had a work out, running with Hayden up and down the beach. WIN WIN!!
